Oh Jose can you see?

rugburns.jpg
Hi everyone,
Thanks to those of you came out to the racetrack (over 3,000 folks) to see us play. I hope you won some money on the ponies. I didn't. But more on gambling later. Blackjack is my game.

There are a few shows coming up that I wanted to let you know about.
1. I will be singing the national anthem at The Padres game on Friday night Aug. 20 right before the game starts.
2. I will be playing a show a show at Petco Park on Saturday Aug. 21 at 5:30 pm at the park in the park beyond the outfield. It is an hour long show over at 6:30 sharp.

I will be on the east coast all of next week and I hope you can make it to the many shows that are listed on this website including a cruise around the Statue of Liberty.

In October on the 15th day I will be doing a show at Sycuan Casino. I am especially looking forward to this show as it will give me a chance to play blackjack with you guys after the show. I will teach how to triple your money and never have to work again for the rest of your lives. This is a cool state of the art theatre with amazing sound AND we get to gamble. We will all be losing money by not going.

Can't wait for the show @ Lou & Rain's on the 29th!

It would be nice,

Do you always double down on 11? Do they allow you to double down on 10 at the Sycuan Casino?

Do you ever take insurance? I don't think I'll ever understand that part...

What about Splitting? I always want to when I'm dealt a 20, I'm not sure if it's greed or whatever, but I hear it's best to just keep the 20.

Who knows?

How about afterwards you hop on a plane and head over to London for a show?

If you are going to be on the East Coast, why no Boston stops???? And FYI - The biggest casino in the world (Foxwoods) is right there in CT....which is only an hour and a half away from beantown and I know it like the back of my hand!! I could teach you a thing or two about BJ (that didn't come out the way I thought it would :-) smooches to you!!

Is steve playing a show in palo alto, ca on Oct. 9th. virtuous.com has steve playing at Art21 Gallery but it is not listed as one of steve's upcoming shows?

Posted by: andrea at August 26, 2004 3:26 PM

Andrea,
That show is listed on Steve's booking agent's site. Go check it out at www.rajiworld.com/available.php#stevepoltz. It is updated a bit more often than the shows page here, so it's a good place to keep an eye on.

Can I use this spot to heckle Steve?

Where the heck ARE YOU? Post something for crying out loud!

What socks are you wearing today? How are the Padres doing? What's your prediction for the WS? When will the WS be? When will I be loved?
At this point, I'd even appreciate a burp.

Let 'er fly!
