Uncle Bud and Nova Scotia

canada2.jpg

The following recording is a conversation I may or may not have had with my Uncle Bud, but I have tried to reproduce it as faithfully as possible. I made up this song for my birthplace about 15 years ago and this morning it woke me up.
I do remember having a kitchen party once at my Uncle Bernie's house in Halifax and teaching everyone this round that I had just made up. And by the way; my Uncle Bud is the best golfer in the world. Click where it says listen here.

A couple of mornings ago the Lindsay Lohan single woke me up. I think you got a better deal.

Best wishes to you and yours, Steven. Please come back out here where it's cold and visit us very soon.

Okay, maybe the orange clashes with the red maple leaf, but at least you won't get shot as you're marching through the woods, eh?!

I DO remember your treks through the wondrous frozen tundra. Hooray for midwest giggage! It was one of those trips that brought forth Handjob on a Church Bus from your cold-addled mind, wasn't it? I'd say you'd better get back oot here pronto. The world needs more Handjobs. :)

hey if you are going to tour the midwest - stop by Chicago!

Did you mention Tennessee? This is just your friendly reminder you need to get back here. Late spring is beautiful here - Chattanooga Lookouts baseball, Cracker Barrel (why can't u eat at these?), beer, etc.....

this is excellent. please come back to halifax soon. you told me you would come back in 4 years, and i think it's been 3 so... please just cut us a deal and stop by. it's on the road to... nowhere, actually, but it's also a good place to turn around.
