Rolling Rolling Rolling

Greetings Poltz Fans,

My name is George Stagani and I have taken over this site for a day to make a few announcements.

Steve is about to embark on a two month spring tour of
these here beautiful United States of America. Of
course, when dealing with Steve, nothing is ever
ordinary and this tour will be no exception. He will
have Stinky from The Rugburns joining him!

Some of you may just know Stinky as The Rugburns'
drummer, but on this here adventure, he will be
playing a cardboard box...that's right, a cardboard
box. Not just any cardboard box either. Most likely,
a cardboard box taken out of the current venue's
dumpster moments before the show begins. Stinky has
already previewed his box playing stylings at a few
earlier dates including SXSW in Austin where he
received a rousing response. It is guaranteed that
you've never seen anything like this!

As if that is not enough, Steve has arranged for all
the shows to be recorded and available on 2 CDs for
purchase just a few minutes after they end. There is
nothing like instant gratification! Steve is truly
dedicated to taking things to another level where only
he can lead us.

Now check this out. As an added bonus for the Bay
area shows this week (San Francisco, Berkeley,
Sacramento, and Santa Rosa), Steve and Stinky will be
joined by John Castro, The Rugburns' bass player

The tour will be rolling through most major cities and
some that should be major and more dates are currently
being added so stay tuned.

Yay!!! Steve's comin' back to Indy! How do I get tix? The link to locals only goes nowhere! Ticketmaster ain't got 'em! What do I do?! Oh, Steve's gotta play "handjob on a church bus." I have a co-worker who had his wife give him a manicure in church, so I thought it was ok to mention the song...After listening to crickets chirp for the next couple of minutes I realized I may have been wrong.

Brother Number One-

You have a very cool phone and don't let anyone tell you differently. It's sort of reasonably-sized, and it's got a lot of snappy features, like caller ID and ring tones and stuff. You use that phone with pride, brah. Head up and shoulders back, all day long...

I'm so saaaaad, I am going to miss the Mississippi Studio show in P-town next week. AND I missed the last time you were there. (Last time I felt I HAD to go see my husband play in Bend, same night, and this time I will be in Phoenix. Hmmm, another P-town.) Anyway, I'm sad, I'm sad, it's only 1:30 in the afternoon and I'm crying in my beer. Please come back to Portland soon, Steve, and I will be there foh shoh.
