Hi Llama riders!

baseball2.jpg
poster by jimmy baldwin

Are the insides of your thighs chapped? Do your ankles ache? Do your shoes smell like llama poo? You very well could be suffering from llama boy/girl-itis.

It's good to be off the road. I went to the movies and saw Superbad. It was supergood and funny like knee slapping funny. Popcorn flew out of my nose mixed with diet pepsi.
Didn't Jimmy Baldwin nail it with this poster for my upcoming Dallas gigs? He came up with the Corona ad where the guy sitting on the beach throws his pager in the water. He's smart like Einstein. He's Gore Vidal smart. He bought a ranch in Texas and his wife teaches yoga.
My goodness, it's hot here today.
The dog days of summer.
Hotter than 2 bare feet walking on coals at a Tony Robbins seminar.
Hotter than a marathon runner's crotch.
Hot as a toaster oven glowing orange/red like Halloween lights.
Hotter than a mouthful of pure wasabi.
I'm talking hot as an exploding molotav cocktail.
I need a breeze.
Please,
S

Love, love, love the poster. Jumps out at you.. And considering your love of baseball it works perfectly. When are you coming back to New England.. I miss you like a killer loves the smell of a fresh murder scene.

The poster is awesome.
It really does fit you.
Can't wait til your next show.
And the URL is to a pic I made.
It really captures the moment of the popcorn flying out of your nose.
Enjoy. =D

I think (I know) God has a sense of humor. I'm not even a baseball fan and I was in San Francisco on one of the biggest nights in baseball history...only a couple of blocks away. Go figure!

Nice poster but it would be super rad if it was promoting an Austin date too. ;)

"Well, beat the drum and hold the phone - the sun came out today!
We’re born again, there’s new grass on the field.
A-roundin’ third, and headed for home, it’s a brown-eyed handsome man;
Anyone can understand the way I feel."
John Fogerty , Centerfield.

( your posted reminds me of the bat (pop!) at the end of this song : )

Steve,

do you have song about llamas, or goats?

my 'field' hockey team are known as the llamas (because our predecessors used to be sheep and follow goats around, but that was a farce, our ancestors were mistaken as sheep, but as we evolved it was discovered that we are actually part of the camelidae family and are now known as llamas. it is now the goats (boys hockey team) that is following the llamas.

if you have any funny songs about goats or llamas, could you let me know? it would be great to have a theme song at the australian uni games (aka the australian drinking games) to play as we take to the field
