Hey Steve, I saw your gig at the Basement on the T.V when I was cleaning my room one late night. Your fantastic stories and songs made a real fan out of me! My girlfriend of the time even bought me a t-shirt from your site for christmas.
Really looking forward to seeing your gig next year.
hi steve until last night i had never heard of you but some friends , a longtime fan of yours named Larraine and a mad sweddish girl named Rosie threatened us with a jar of pickled herrings if we didnt come see you. It was the best thing i have seen in years and years and years. I loved the whole experience. My wife and best mate came as well and we were all just amazed. Canadians seem to be like our wierd neighbours the Kiwis, funny and strange and lovable. Anyway thanks for great night and YOUR FUCKED! mate.
ya bloody mongrel, steve!
i am a mate of jim wiggins. i first saw you play in 1991. beautiful to see the evolution of your craft, as well as that you haven't changed a bit! i loved it all, but i _really_ loved your new song ("still has the new car smell") very lyrical... made me think of gilberto gil. if you haven't listened to him, you should! anyways, thanks for the great show... i am going to tell my friends in perth to check you out. cheers!
